What can I do offline?
After initial sign-in and a language-model download, you can capture and work with your local notes offline. Cloud AI tools require internet. Optional Cloud transcription uses your platform’s speech service.
Does AI see my whole notebook?
No. AI actions send relevant note or section text when you choose to use them. Your notebook is not uploaded for cloud storage or synced across devices. See the privacy policy for processing details.
Can I export my work?
Yes. Export a note as PDF, Markdown or TXT. Share a Forge document as Markdown, or export your data as a ZIP from Settings.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account is required, but signing in does not upload your notebook. Your notes are stored locally for your account.
